I’m Joshua Eddleston-Haynes, Founder and CEO of Mayflower Tech. My career has spanned both commercial and military sectors — each one shaping the way I lead and serve clients today.
Before joining the Royal Navy, I worked as an Account Manager for the UK’s largest publishing company, where I managed campaigns for regional, national, and international brands. This role gave me deep insight into how businesses grow — through clear messaging, strategic marketing, and solutions tailored to their audience. It taught me the importance of trust, communication, and delivering results that matter.
Later, I served as a Leading Engineering Technician in the Royal Navy, where I was responsible for maintaining secure global communication systems and critical information networks. Operating in high-pressure environments refined my skills in precision, resilience, and technical leadership — values I now embed into everything we do at Mayflower Tech.
